OMRSport is a specialized consulting company based in Canada, providing practical expertise to the international diving industry and the wider sport and event sector. We support sport and facility development, infrastructure assessment and maintenance planning, major international event planning and delivery, technical consulting, and short- to long-term strategy. Pools, diving and cliff diving are at the core of our expertise, with support available from an early concept through to competition day.
Led by Olivier Morneau-Ricard, OMRSport brings experience from projects representing more than $100 million in sport, event and venue investment, including the Olympic Games. Our team’s professional experience includes projects with World Aquatics, Diving Plongeon Canada, Red Bull Cliff Diving, LA28 Olympic Games, Government of Canada, Sport Canada and GESTEV. Olivier is the director of the Montréal Diving World Cup for 2022–2026 and supplies all event branding, connecting event operations with the visual environment of the competition. These credentials reflect experience brought to OMRSport, rather than projects independently delivered by the company.
Our work connects technical planning with hands-on delivery. Using AutoCAD and Revit, we plan event environments and aquatic facilities to optimize space, infrastructure and operations, while coordinating current sport requirements, safety standards and applicable code considerations. We also develop and source custom branding, equipment and event solutions, and provide specialist support within existing project teams. Olivier’s sport-development experience includes an internationally successful high-diving program and a Sport Canada initiative introducing elementary-school children to movement and sport.
