OMRSport is a specialized consulting company based in Canada, providing expertise to the international diving industry. Our work brings together sport and facility development, infrastructure assessment and maintenance planning, major international event planning and delivery, technical consulting, and short- to long-term strategic planning. With particular depth in pools, diving and cliff diving, we connect the requirements of the sport with the realities of the venue and the event.

International experience. Personal involvement.

Led by Olivier Morneau-Ricard, OMRSport draws on professional experience across projects representing more than $100 million in sport, event and venue investment, including the Olympic Games. Our team’s experience includes projects with World Aquatics, Diving Plongeon Canada, Red Bull Cliff Diving, LA28 Olympic Games, Government of Canada, Sport Canada and GESTEV. Olivier is the director of the Montréal Diving World Cup for 2022–2026 and supplies all event branding. These credentials reflect the experience brought to OMRSport through its team’s professional work, rather than projects independently delivered by the company.

Our approach is practical: understand the sport, understand the venue and understand the event before building the right solution. Olivier’s experience also includes high-diving program development and a Sport Canada initiative introducing elementary-school children to movement and sport. Using AutoCAD and Revit, we plan aquatic facilities and event environments to optimize infrastructure and operations, while coordinating sport requirements, safety standards and applicable code considerations.
